In this course, you’ll learn how to throw on the wheel which includes: centering clay, pulling up walls, making basic cylinders, trimming, attaching handles, carving designs, and glazing.
This 6 week class is on Wednesday mornings starting on October 7th. The instructor of the class is Hannah Orth, owner of Mudworks Studio. Hannah has work all over the Bay Area, LA, and NYC. She also has a shop on Solano - 1391 SOLANO!
The course includes a 25 lb bag of clay, firing, and access to glaze materials. An additional 3 hours of open studio time per week is also included.
